How to Qualify:

Points are awarded based on the consultants in your coded organizations who register for AMBITION, either in-person or online:

  • You, the EC, must be registered for AMBITION by Sunday, August 1, for your team to qualify.
  • Points are awarded for anyone who registers for AMBITION by Sunday, August 15.
  • The Top 10 will be determined based on registrations through Sunday, August 15.
  • The Top 2 will be determined based on actual attendance (checked in to the event in-person or online).
Point Calculations Are as Follows:
  • Registrations May 7 through May 31 = 5 points per code
  • Registrations June 1 through June 30 = 4 points per code
  • Registrations July 1 through July 31 = 3 points per code
  • Registrations August 1 through August 15 = 2 points per code
For Example:
  • If someone who is RC and SC coded to you registered in May, you receive 10 points.
  • If someone who is SC coded to you registers in May, you receive 5 points.
  • If someone who is RC and SC coded to you registers in June, you receive 8 points.
  • If someone who is SC coded to you registers in June, you receive 4 points.

The rules for the EC Power Team Contest are subject to change at Ambit’s discretion. Ambit reserves the right to validate points and disqualify participants at its sole discretion.

Recognition

Recognizing Your Accomplishments

Some of the most exciting and rewarding moments of every AMBITION are the opportunities to recognize our many accomplished consultants. You must be registered for AMBITION 2021 by Sunday, August 1, to qualify for recognition at the event.

Recognition Deadlines

Recognition determined by earnings, including awards and event qualifications, will be based on the following dates:

Weekly: August 7, 2020, through July 30, 2021
Monthly: August 15, 2020, through July 31, 2021

Recognition Qualifications

As announced at AMBITION 2020, AMBITION 2021 and future recognition for the Top 50 will require the following qualifications:

At least 10% of overall income must be from a consultant's residual earnings. The consultant must have received a minimum of six weekly checks in the year*.

*Due to COVID-19 restrictions on in-person solicitation, the weekly check qualification has been waived for AMBITION 2021.

The U.S. is currently experiencing a spike in COVID-19 cases, driven largely by the Delta variant. The CDC currently recommends that unvaccinated people avoid travel. To protect the health and well-being of our valued consultants, we will be acting in accordance with CDC guidelines and require full vaccinations for those attending AMBITION in-person. Full vaccination status is obtained two weeks following the second dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. You should begin your vaccination process immediately if you plan on attending AMBITION.

AMBITION 2021 COVID VACCINATION FAQ
How do I show proof of vaccination?
Consultants will be required to show proof of vaccination upon check-in at AMBITION. You may show your physical vaccine card or a photo of the front and back.
You still have time to get vaccinated. Proof is only required at the time of check-in for the event.

If you do not want to get vaccinated or will be unable to get vaccinated before the event begins, we will convert your in-person registration into an online registration and refund the difference in costs. Details on how to request this change are below. We know this is an inconvenience for you and appreciate your understanding.
Because of the time required to obtain full vaccination status, you should get your first shot immediately. The first shot of Pfizer or Moderna on or before Wednesday, July 28, and the single dose of Johnson & Johnson by Wednesday, August 11.
Please reach out to Consultant Support at (877) 302-6248 for assistance in changing your registration from in-person to online or vice versa.
You will receive a refund in the amount of $130 within 21 business days back to the original payment method.
You can also update your registration from online to in-person, if desired. Please reach out to Consultant Support at (877) 302-6248 for assistance in making the edit to your registration.
No. As clearly stated on EventCenter, we are not able to offer refunds for AMBITION this year. We will be happy to convert your in-person registration to an online registration as described above in which you will receive a refund for the difference in the amount of $130.

Please note that those who purchased a second ticket for a spouse or business partner will receive a full refund for the cost of the second ticket.
This decision was made in response to the rapidly changing situation regarding the Delta variant, statistical information from the CDC and updated guidelines. Ambit did not make this decision lightly and there was extensive discussion about the merits of moving ahead as originally planned versus implementing the vaccination requirement. In the end, our concern for the safety and health of our consultants was the determining factor.
Yes. As long as you are fully vaccinated by Wednesday, August 26 (or your arrival date, if you plan to arrive after the event is underway), you may register to attend in-person. Full vaccination is obtained two weeks following the second dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or two weeks after the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Who should attend AMBITION 2021?
Ambit Energy consultants who want to receive intensified training to reach further in their business, experience top-notch networking opportunities, have a chance to hear from senior Ambit Energy and Vistra executives, and learn from experienced Ambit field leaders. For 2021, AMBITION will take place in-person in Dallas and virtually. In-person attendance will be limited.
AMBITION 2021 begins Thursday, August 26 when sign-in opens and concludes Saturday, August 28. Please view the schedule of events for complete details and check back often as it is updated regularly.
No. Both in-person and virtual attendees will have equal opportunities to attend trainings, hear announcements, take part in recognition, and earn all other benefits of attendance. We are offering a choice of in-person or online participation so that you may take part in AMBITION in a way that makes you feel confident, safe, and comfortable.
Attendee-only is an event for an attendee who registers, pays, and attends the event.
Yes, Ambit Energy will provide Spanish translation services at the General Sessions and The Big Show for those attending in-person and online.
Yes, Ambit Energy will provide ASL Interpretation at the General sessions and The Big Show for those attending in-person or online.

Both in-person and online attendees are eligible for a number of fun and exciting giveaways. Here’s how to be sure your name is entered:

  • Online Attendees. When you log in on EventCenter, enter your name in the Giveaway box below the livestream. When the virtual drawing takes place, you will be prompted to Opt in. Once you do that, you’ll be entered for all of our online giveaways.
  • In-Person Attendees. You’ll receive your door prize ticket when you check-in at the Energy Center. You must drop your door prize ticket in the barrel, located in the Energy Center, to participate in the giveaways.

There are no refunds for a purchased AMBITION 2021 ticket. This applies to both in-person and online registrations.
For 2021, we will not be able to allow you to transfer tickets to another consultant. This is due to the logistics of offering the event in both an in-person and online format, and limited capacity on-site. We appreciate your understanding.
Yes, you can update your ticket type from in-person to virtual or vice versa through August 17, 2021.
