Check-in

• Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for in-person check-in at Texas Live!, but you can start checking in at 8:00 a.m. on EventCenter from your own device.
• You must check in to get credit for attending the event and be eligible for any applicable promotions, discounts, and other benefits for Kickoff attendees.
• You must be checked in by 1:00 p.m. for all prize drawings.
• You will need your Consultant ID Number and PowerZone password to check-in online.

Day-of Registration

• Online registration for Kickoff 2026 opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 7.
• Onsite registration for Kickoff 2026 opens at 11:30 a.m. and closes at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 7.
• You will be required to register on your own device onsite. To avoid long lines, please register in advance on EventCenter and then just check in when you arrive at Texas Live!.
• The cost is $50 per person.

Online Attendees

• The live stream will begin at 12:40 p.m. on Saturday, February 7, on EventCenter.
• Online attendees must check-in through EventCenter between 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday to receive credit for attending.
• Having a party? Encourage your guests to dress up in Ambit gear and have fun like they would if they were getting together to watch the big game. Post your gathering pics at #ambit20years!

Guest Passes

• Invite a prospective Consultant to Texas Live! for just $25! The cost includes the live show and the afterparty.

Parking

• Parking is FREE.
• Doors open at 11:30 a.m. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid parking fees and to have plenty of time to get checked in.

Schedule

• The event will run from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• All registered Consultants in attendance are invited to join us after the show for an after party at Texas Live! from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Meals

• There will be light food available upon arrival and until the show begins at 1:00 p.m.
• Heavy appetizers will be available after the event and are covered in the $50 registration fee. If you wish to bring guests, they must be registered for the event.
• A wristband will be provided to registered attendees and guests upon checking in. This will be required for entry into the after party.
• Children will need to pay for a $25 guest pass if they plan on attending the after party.

Translation Services

• English, Spanish and American Sign Language services will be provided. Headphones will be available at check-in.
• You must provide a form of ID to check out a headset.
• Presentations will be in both English and Spanish.

Ambit Cares Matching Donations

• Vistra will match every donation you make at AmbitCares.org all day on Saturday, February 7.
• Our goal is to raise $2,500 to help in the fight against hunger in America. Donate at AmbitCares.org.

Seating

• Seating is first-come, first-serve. We recommend arriving early to reserve your spot – although there’s not a bad seat in the house!

• Show your Ambit spirit! Dress in your favorite Ambit or Consultant team spirit wear, including jerseys, hats, shirts, face paint and more. Bring signs or banners and get ready to inspire everyone for the best year yet!
