Check-in

• Online check-in for both in-person and online attendees opens at 8:00 a.m. CT on EventCenter on Saturday, February 24. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. CT for in-person check-in at Texas Live!.
• You must check-in to get credit for attending the event and be eligible for any applicable promotions, discounts, and other benefits for Kickoff attendees.
• You must be checked in by 1:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, February 24 to be eligible for the Kickoff $25,000 Challenge drawing, and by 12:00 p.m. CT for all other prize drawings.
• You will need your Consultant ID Number and PowerZone password to check in.

Day-of Registration

• Online registration for Kickoff 2024 opens at 8:00 a.m. CT and closes at 3:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, February 24.
• Onsite registration for Kickoff 2024 opens at 10:30 a.m. CT and closes at 3:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, February 24.
• The cost is $50 per person.
• You will need your Consultant ID Number and PowerZone password to register.

Guest Passes

• Invite a prospective Consultant or guest to Texas Live! for just $25! The cost includes the live show, BBQ and the afterparty.

Parking

• Lot B, linked to the entrance of Texas Live!, will be complimentary for Ambit attendees until 12:00 p.m. Following this period, a fee of $25 will apply due to concurrent events in the vicinity. Arrive early to secure complimentary parking.

Online Attendees

• The live stream will begin at 12:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, February 24 at Events.AmbitEnergy.com.
• Online attendees must sign-in through EventCenter between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CT on the day of the event to receive credit for attending. You must sign in by 1:00 p.m. CT to be eligible for the Kickoff $25,000 Challenge drawing and by 12:00 p.m. CT for other prize drawings.
• Having a party? Encourage your guests to dress up in Ambit gear and have fun like they would if you were getting together to watch the big game. Post your gathering pics at #AmbitKickoff2024!

Schedule

• Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. CT on Saturday, February 24.
• Kickoff 2024 will run from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. CT.
• All registered Consultants in attendance are invited to join us for a Texas BBQ from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT.

Meals

• There will be light food available upon arrival and until the show begins at 12:00 p.m. CT
• A BBQ dinner will be available after the event and is covered in the $50 registration fee. If you wish to bring guests to the BBQ, they must be registered for the event, even if they are only attending the post-event meal.
• A wristband will be provided to registered attendees upon checking in. This will be required for entry into the BBQ. Children will need to pay for a $25 guest pass if they plan on attending the BBQ dinner.

Kickoff $25,000 Challenge

• You must have registered online by Wednesday, February 21 at 11:59 p.m. CT to be eligible.
• You must be checked in by 1:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, February 24, either online or in-person to be eligible for the drawing.

• Spanish and ASL services will be provided.

Seating

• Seating is first-come, first-serve. We recommend arriving early to reserve your spot – although there’s not a bad seat in the house!

• Show your Ambit spirit! Dress in your favorite Ambit or Consultant team spirit wear, including jerseys, hats, shirts, face paint and more. Bring signs or banners and get ready to inspire everyone to the best year yet!
